Hey ya'll,
hope you got to watch the track meet on NBC, there were some really great performances. I can't complain I'm officially in the "12.seven" club now and it's always sweet to get a season's best.
The field was stellar and it is always good to test yourself against the best, I am taking the positives out of todays experiences as well as what I need to work on for next time.
Most importantly my body is terrific!
